Prior to beginning your regular classes, you must agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Your monthly fee will be taken at the end of the month for your convenience.
- If you have paid a fee at the beginning of the session but couldn’t take any class then your fee could be refunded.
- After a few classes, if you decide to discontinue/ stop your classes (due to any reason) for a week or rejoin later within the month, the fee would be charged for a full month.
- If you need the same plan and tutor after your vacation, it is not necessary that you’ll be given same teacher and time after coming back.
- If you want the same timetable and teacher after your vacation, you have to reserve your seat by paying 50% of the fee for that time period in advance.
- If you’ll be absent in any class because of any issue from your side, then, at that point there would be no makeup classes from your teacher.
- You are absolutely free to choose your course as per your interest.
- Your class timing can be changed on demand if the same tutor has a feasible time.
- Your classes would be ceased, in case you don’t pay the fee within due dates.
- Important Note: If any student pauses or stops the classes for up to seven days or more without informing us, all his/her personal data will be removed from our system. And in case, student wants to resume the classes, Enrollment Form is must to be filled again or provide to our support team with the required data.

- We have a 100% consumer loyalty policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied simply email us and ask for a refund within 7 days of the invoice. Our support team will help you through this. We are available all day, every day for the help, support, and services we offer.
